My 4-year old daughter has received a traumatic painful dental experience here. I would give 0 stars if possible. Place is a joke messed my mouth up and from that day im still having problems I'm in the er with ivs in me as I write this now and this place doesn't care. Manger sucks thinks she knows what she's doing but really doesn't doesn't like to be confronted. I would never recommend these kind of people. They suck

They took good care of my kids teeth including my disabled daughters teeth, they were understanding but when she passed away seems the practice acted like she never existed no sympathy card nothing, more care and understanding is needed, they can sure send you a letter or call you during work when there is a billing issue and be very rude about it too, I mean a mistake was with their billing and I was spoken to like I was a criminal, they found their mistake, never told me, never apologized, I found out by refusing to schedu... read more

HORRIBLE service. They get mad and give you an attitude if you want to go back with your child. Hmmmm. And if you question their decisions about dental work for your child they snap back and shut you down and put that you are rude in their notes. Real professional. DO NOT let your children go back alone with them. Even when I went back with my daughter for a tooth extraction they were VERY rude to her and kept threatening her with me leaving and going to the waiting room. This dentist was great... until we actually had a problem.... then it was very poor customer service! The dentist highly suggested my son get laughing gas to get a baby tooth extracted. It cost extra because it's not covered by insurance. Later I found out that my son never received the laughing gas I paid extra for. My trust in this dentist was gone, so I called to switch dentist, and the man on the phone said he would transfer his records and call me back to talk about a refund on the laughing gas.
