Very disappointed in Dr C. Very pleased with his assistants and front desk. Conlon didn't warn about the side effects - i.e. total need for reading glasses. After the first eye had been treated , I almost cancelled the operation on the other eye because I thought all was well. Long distance vision through the operated eye was excellent - acuity the same in both eyes, but the non-operated eye had a faint screen which the operation had removed from the other. As he told me I did sign the consent form and there really is nothing I can do...except express my opinion.

I had a very poor experience with Dr. Conlon. I wanted to know what my options were and he seemed like he had no solutions. When I asked him several questions he got annoyed and frustrated with me - isn't that what a doctor is for? to answer questions and be helpful? He was not helpful at all and very rude. Would never reccomend him to anyone.

I saw Dr. Conlon for a few years and finally got fed up with his office CANCELLING my appointments constantly, sometimes with only a few days' notice. I work as a casual and therefore I am always accepting shifts based on my availability. I would mark myself as unavailable at work for the scheduled appointment day and then his office would cancel. So not only was my appointment cancelled, but I would miss out on a whole shift at work thanks to his disorganized office staff. There was never an apology offered for his cancella... read more
