Nice I just want to say that I have enjoyed living at Continent Village Apartments for the last three years. Not only has the staff been very helpful and quick to respond, they are always so welcoming an warm. I really enjoy the rapid response to maintenance that I’ve experienced over the last three years as well. From the office staff, to maintenance, to just the residents that live around me! My experience at Continent Village is one that I enjoy and I would recommend them to anyone!

Pretty Good Place to live I have been living here for almost 1 year and so far have been having a great time living here! The staff is friendly and when I had maintenance requests, maintenance almost comes in a timely manner and fixes all issues. I would recommend Continent Village to anyone who is looking for a wonderful place to live!
Good Place To Live I moved to the Continent Village 4 years ago. I really enjoy living here! The neighbors are friendly and quiet. I really love that I can do my laundry here instead of having to drive to a laundry mat every time I need to wash my clothes. Any time I have a maintenance issue, they come right out and get my issues fixed on the first go round. This is a good place to live for anyone who is looking for a good place to live
Great Maintenance Maintenance is great here! My sink was leaking over the weekend and it was very easy for me to call the office and get ER maintenance. The guy came within 20 minutes. He told me step by step everything he was doing and what needed to be done. The office staff called and checked about a week later to see if my sink was back to normal. I really appreciated that!! This is a great place to be especially for single moms!!!!
Five Star Living I am so impressed wit the Continent Village Apts. I love the convenience of being close to everything! The maintenance is always on point. I have referred many friends and family here. I can see myself living here for a long time. Most of all the leasing staff are always so polite and so helpful! I give you guys a 5*s!!!!

YOU SHOULD BE HERE This place is in the middle of everything! 15 mins away from Polaris. Very convenient. Very quiet, neighbors are great and pleasant. The office staff is very helpful and great getting maintenance request done. Maintenance is very quickly responsive. I really like living here at Continent Village. Will be here until I buy a home! YOU SHOULD BE HERE!
34 Year Resident I have lived here for 34 years and absolutely love living here! I have always felt safe living here and the rent is reasonably priced. Maintenance always comes in a timely manor to fix all issues, even for emergencies. I would recommend anyone looking for a place to live to come apply here at the Continent Village!
