TL:DR- There is better around, but this will do? I lived here for about a year so I will try to keep this brief. Pros: -Quiet. -Affordable. -Units are pretty spacious. -Not a lot of traffic, Continent Village is kind of out of the way. -Near two bigger cities, so it’s convenient if you need to shop/run errands. -Management (for the most part) is quick to address issues. -Maintenance is also relatively fast to address problems. Cons: -ROACHES + the contracted pest-control is virtually USELESS. If you have an infested unit, yo... read more

Things keep breaking as time goes on There have been several things all of a sudden going out such as our AC (in July and I am PREGNANT) a leak under the bathroom sink, door knobs not turning and getting stuck, and many other things. We have asked to get our door knobs fixed several times and nothing. They said they checked everything before they moved us in but I think they over looked some things...

Trash, trash, and more trash The leasing office is shady. AXS Opportunity Fund is even more shady. Be prepared to contact the CFPB and the BBB when you move out.

Bad Apartment Quality and Rude Management I would NOT recommend this apartment complex. I have lived here for 2yrs and in April 2017 I came home to the ceiling collapsing in my bedroom and water and plaster all over my tv , dresser and the floor. I contacted the office and they came out and plastered a new board in the ceiling. In May it began to rain through the board into my bedroom and plaster began to fall. I contacted the office and told them simply putting up a board did not fix the issue and that the roof needs to be ... read more

AVOID First apartment, and it was a nightmare. They fumigated the apartment next to mine then told me I had bed bugs, which I did not, and attempted to charge me 400 dollars for fumigation. I threw a fit and they eventually told me i didn't have to pay for the treatment, a month later i receive a letter saying I'm getting evicted for not paying for a fumigation treatment. They will swindle you out of every dollar they possibly can. The cheap rent is not worth it, plus you can find apartments for this cheap elsewhere in colum... read more

Corporate! Stay away! They are ran by a corporation and have no sympathy or regard for its tenants! Got evicted because my aunt came into town and had her dog. I explained and they did not care. I have a newborn and no one to support me here so we are honestly screwed. Never move here!

The price is the only good part. The Good: -Cheap $615/mo for a Two Bed w/ 2 Full Bath -Close to the freeway. -Police show up a lot for other matters. The Bad: -Shady people walk around at night. -No snow removal during the winter. -Old carpet. -Old appliances. -Very creaky ceilings. -Many cars have been broken in to. Management cares about one thing, their money and spending as little as possible to maintain the apartments. The wood stairs and decking have never been sealed or painted. Snow removal only occurs on Weekdays b... read more
