resident Im so glad I made the choice to move to the Continent Village Apts. The residents are friendly and so are the leasing office staff. I love the convenience of being close to work and surrounding stores that I shop at a lot. Most of all the maintenance is awesome! Thanks for the great service and peaceful living experience.

Susan I have been with The Continent Village apts for 3 years and have been very satisfied with my service. Always ready to help with problems and they do it with a smile and fast! would recommend to anyone that needs an apt to check them out.
You guys are great!! I have no problem with living here. I really don't want to ever move. Conveinient place to live. The freeway and grocery store are very close by. The staff is really great and friendly!! Very reasonable rates!!!
Great Living It's everything that a person needs in an apartment. Especially if it's your first apartment. You'll only have 3 bills to pay, rent, water, and electric. I love it. Plus it's a quiet neighborhood.
Continent Village The Continent Village is a very clean and beautiful apartment complex. You really feel at home and safe. The office workers are very kind and always willing to help how they can.
Great place to live I have lived here for 9 years and love it! It is close to everything and on the most part, it is pretty quiet. Sometimes, the complex next to us gets pretty lively with the bars and clubs, but I always see CPD there on the weekends patrolling the area. I have not had a problem with the office or other residents. I also feel that no matter where you live, there are always going to be a problem with something or someone, so I don't think being so negative about living here is the answer. A good place to call home I have lived in the Continent Village for three and half years. I've had an overall very good experience living in this community. I started in a one bedroom unit and now live in a two bedroom unit in which I've had no issues that hasn't been resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. The staff has always treated me with respect and appreciation as a good tenant and neighbor. Continent Village Review Kind and listens to your needs. I have never had a problem living here. When ever there has been an issue as long as you have common sense and you speak to the leasing agents things get taken care of in a timely manner.
