Quiet I felt safe and comfortable here. Also, close to the highway so getting anywhere you want to go is a breeze.
First timer Living here has been a great experience. Lots of parking-- first come first serve of course. Had an issue with leaking from celling, but management got it fixed within that day that I had put in the request. Friendly staff! Cool neighbors. Clean atmosphere and great maintenance of the apartments.
A good place to call home I have lived in the Continent Village for three and half years. I've had an overall very good experience living in this community. I started in a one bedroom unit and now live in a two bedroom unit in which I've had no issues that hasn't been resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. 5 Staff members are always helpful and since I've been at my apartment I haven't had any issues. Overall great place to live if you like peace and silence.
I love living here I love living here at Continent Village!! Me and my wife and daughter are very happy! We have not had any problems in the area and maintenance is always efficient and get the job done. The office staff are great as well and are always helpful! Excellent rental property I lived at the Continent Village for 3 years and I found that the maintenance and office staff were all pretty nice people. If I had any issues, the maintenance staff had it fixed within a few hours. The property is close to everything which was so convenient. The area that I lived in was so quiet and since I was a college student, that made it so much easier for me to study without being disrupted. I recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live.
It's Okay For First time Apartment They have decent customer service. However, the apartment slowly starts to look ran down due to low quality appliances. Overall, it is bareable no bugs good neighbors what more can you ask.
I can see myself living here the rest of my life... To me, this is the best place to live in Columbus as you're literally minutes away from everything. Polaris shopping, Easton Shopping, Dublin, Ohio State. It's all very accessible. Decent living; decent rent. I can see myself living here the rest of my life.
Misleading Dont look like the pictures but i signed the lease because i was desperate just to find out that the apartments are FILLED with roaches!! Frequent and random fires, all types of issues with maintenance. I cant wait to leave
