Fabulous quality of living I enjoy living in the Continent Village. Because of my prior experience of living quarters, I find the Continent Village to be of the highest quality I have experienced. The community is loveable and relaxing. People smiling and laughing and greeting me and my family with care. The apartments are cozy and in great quality, very affordable. The grounds are maintained to the highest of quality year round. My family and I love it here. I highly recommend living here to my friends and family.
Great Living It's everything that a person needs in an apartment. Especially if it's your first apartment. You'll only have 3 bills to pay, rent, water, and electric. I love it. Plus it's a quiet neighborhood.
Continent Village The Continent Village is a very clean and beautiful apartment complex. You really feel at home and safe. The office workers are very kind and always willing to help how they can.
Quiet I felt safe and comfortable here. Also, close to the highway so getting anywhere you want to go is a breeze.
First timer Living here has been a great experience. Lots of parking-- first come first serve of course. Had an issue with leaking from celling, but management got it fixed within that day that I had put in the request. Friendly staff! Cool neighbors. Clean atmosphere and great maintenance of the apartments.
Continent Village Review Kind and listens to your needs. I have never had a problem living here. When ever there has been an issue as long as you have common sense and you speak to the leasing agents things get taken care of in a timely manner.
jasmine My first time visiting the Continent Village was good. We experienced with so much welcome and the people here really care. The apartment is very nice inside just the right amount a place and the neighborhood area is nice . There is a lot of good people that are very friendly . They have a lot to offer there a movie theater you can go to. Also the Continent village is pet Friendly here.
Excellent rental property I lived at the Continent Village for 3 years and I found that the maintenance and office staff were all pretty nice people. If I had any issues, the maintenance staff had it fixed within a few hours. The property is close to everything which was so convenient. The area that I lived in was so quiet and since I was a college student, that made it so much easier for me to study without being disrupted. I recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live.
