5 Staff members are always helpful and since I've been at my apartment I haven't had any issues. Overall great place to live if you like peace and silence.
Best Apartments in North East Columbus! The continent village is honestly the best place that I have found to rent at in Columbus where I feel safe and get what I pay for. I have had nothing but a positive experience since I have started living here and the staff in the rental office are always nothing but so kind and so helpful! It's Okay For First time Apartment They have decent customer service. However, the apartment slowly starts to look ran down due to low quality appliances. Overall, it is bareable no bugs good neighbors what more can you ask.
I can see myself living here the rest of my life... To me, this is the best place to live in Columbus as you're literally minutes away from everything. Polaris shopping, Easton Shopping, Dublin, Ohio State. It's all very accessible. Decent living; decent rent. I can see myself living here the rest of my life.
Office theft/roaches/bedbugs Roach infested and reports of bedbugs from neighbor. After 15 months of complaining about roaches and several other issues with the apartment the decided it would just be easier to give me a 30 day notice to leave even though I was perfect with my rent for 15 months. I told them I am a disabled veteran and and I need these things fixed for my health. Three days later they give me a 30 day letter to leave property. Stay Away!!! They’re only worried about money. Raised the rent but nothing was renewed, updated, NOTHING. Told them when I moved in the air filter wasn’t replaced and made my apartment smell like dog they never came to fix it. Heater never worked no matter how many times I called maintenance to fix it so I had to buy heaters for the apartment. Carpet was never replaced so my time living there the carpet came apart. Roaches This place is horrible. The interior is nothing like the pictures (I did virtual tour due to COVID-19). Apartments are roach infested with roaches coming out of vents. There is also mold. Leasing office does little to fix problems. Do not lease here.

DON’T RENT HERE!!! I was a resident FOUR YEARS AGO and they just submitted a collection on June 6, 2020 for over $1,000! Not only is the charge not justified, I am now being denied for apartments and have no where to go when my lease is up at my current place in September. The management is trash, the buildings are gross, and the residents are disgusting. I would smell pot 24/7. People would leave their trash in the lobby. My balcony was rotten. TL:DR- There is better around, but this will do? I lived here for about a year so I will try to keep this brief. Pros: -Quiet. -Affordable. -Units are pretty spacious. -Not a lot of traffic, Continent Village is kind of out of the way. -Near two bigger cities, so it’s convenient if you need to shop/run errands. -Management (for the most part) is quick to address issues. -Maintenance is also relatively fast to address problems.
