You guys are great!! I have no problem with living here. I really don't want to ever move. Conveinient place to live. The freeway and grocery store are very close by. The staff is really great and friendly!! Very reasonable rates!!!

Fabulous quality of living I enjoy living in the Continent Village. Because of my prior experience of living quarters, I find the Continent Village to be of the highest quality I have experienced. The community is loveable and relaxing. People smiling and laughing and greeting me and my family with care. The apartments are cozy and in great quality, very affordable. The grounds are maintained to the highest of quality year round. My family and I love it here. I highly recommend living here to my friends and family.
Great Living It's everything that a person needs in an apartment. Especially if it's your first apartment. You'll only have 3 bills to pay, rent, water, and electric. I love it. Plus it's a quiet neighborhood.
Continent Village The Continent Village is a very clean and beautiful apartment complex. You really feel at home and safe. The office workers are very kind and always willing to help how they can.
superb I loveeeee living here! I wasn't sure at first but I came in the area one night and decided to observe for myself. There was barely anyone outside. It was soooo quiet and pleasant. Also there was a cop patrolling the area instead of security so that was totally a plus as I am a single mom with two kids. Resident I have called Continent Village my home for many years. The praise that I give is genuine. The staff is awesome. Always kind, helpful and professional. The upkeep of the buildings and grounds makes me very proud to live here. If a repair is needed, maintenance is quick and responsive. Due to all of this, I also feel very safe and secure un this complex. The rent is also very affordable, especially for what you get in return. The only criticism I have is the laundry house. Continent Village Review Kind and listens to your needs. I have never had a problem living here. When ever there has been an issue as long as you have common sense and you speak to the leasing agents things get taken care of in a timely manner.
Great Service The Continent Village is a very nice place to live. Close to stores and the freeway. It has everything that I need. Two bedrooms and washer and dryer hookup. All the staff members are very nice. Treat you like family. My neighbors are very quiet and nice people.
