Fabulous quality of living I enjoy living in the Continent Village. Because of my prior experience of living quarters, I find the Continent Village to be of the highest quality I have experienced. The community is loveable and relaxing. People smiling and laughing and greeting me and my family with care. The apartments are cozy and in great quality, very affordable. The grounds are maintained to the highest of quality year round. My family and I love it here. I highly recommend living here to my friends and family.
superb I loveeeee living here! I wasn't sure at first but I came in the area one night and decided to observe for myself. There was barely anyone outside. It was soooo quiet and pleasant. Also there was a cop patrolling the area instead of security so that was totally a plus as I am a single mom with two kids. Quiet I felt safe and comfortable here. Also, close to the highway so getting anywhere you want to go is a breeze.
First timer Living here has been a great experience. Lots of parking-- first come first serve of course. Had an issue with leaking from celling, but management got it fixed within that day that I had put in the request. Friendly staff! Cool neighbors. Clean atmosphere and great maintenance of the apartments.
Great Place This is a great place to live. It's convient to buses, store, malls, etc. Availability to all religious facilities. The restaurants are also another factor. It's also a pretty quiet place. Friendly management and expert maintenance.
Great Service The Continent Village is a very nice place to live. Close to stores and the freeway. It has everything that I need. Two bedrooms and washer and dryer hookup. All the staff members are very nice. Treat you like family. My neighbors are very quiet and nice people.
Excellent rental property I lived at the Continent Village for 3 years and I found that the maintenance and office staff were all pretty nice people. If I had any issues, the maintenance staff had it fixed within a few hours. The property is close to everything which was so convenient. The area that I lived in was so quiet and since I was a college student, that made it so much easier for me to study without being disrupted. I recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live.
