Wanting a quality experience, don't rent here The Continent Village is Operated by New Life Properties..I have four words... AVOID New Life Properties... The office staff is friendly however Corporate is not. Do Not be late on rent, you will be evicted. Expect mold problems and issues caused by 30+year old equipment. Maintenance does their best, but are again constrained by Corporate Office's greed.
complaint i came in to apply for an application and the rental office people were very rude and unprofessional
