Quiet I felt safe and comfortable here. Also, close to the highway so getting anywhere you want to go is a breeze.
First timer Living here has been a great experience. Lots of parking-- first come first serve of course. Had an issue with leaking from celling, but management got it fixed within that day that I had put in the request. Friendly staff! Cool neighbors. Clean atmosphere and great maintenance of the apartments.
Great place to live I have lived here for 9 years and love it! It is close to everything and on the most part, it is pretty quiet. Sometimes, the complex next to us gets pretty lively with the bars and clubs, but I always see CPD there on the weekends patrolling the area. I have not had a problem with the office or other residents. I also feel that no matter where you live, there are always going to be a problem with something or someone, so I don't think being so negative about living here is the answer. Great Place This is a great place to live. It's convient to buses, store, malls, etc. Availability to all religious facilities. The restaurants are also another factor. It's also a pretty quiet place. Friendly management and expert maintenance.
A good place to call home I have lived in the Continent Village for three and half years. I've had an overall very good experience living in this community. I started in a one bedroom unit and now live in a two bedroom unit in which I've had no issues that hasn't been resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. It's Okay For First time Apartment They have decent customer service. However, the apartment slowly starts to look ran down due to low quality appliances. Overall, it is bareable no bugs good neighbors what more can you ask.
I can see myself living here the rest of my life... To me, this is the best place to live in Columbus as you're literally minutes away from everything. Polaris shopping, Easton Shopping, Dublin, Ohio State. It's all very accessible. Decent living; decent rent. I can see myself living here the rest of my life.
Misleading Dont look like the pictures but i signed the lease because i was desperate just to find out that the apartments are FILLED with roaches!! Frequent and random fires, all types of issues with maintenance. I cant wait to leave

“luxury” apartments to keep it short: you get what you pay for. the sign says “luxury apartments”… luxury? absolutely not. apartments? i suppose. as someone who’s been here for three years, it’s affordable and decent location. however, beware of roaches and issues with maintenance :/
