This was my first purchase and I was unsure how the whole process would unfold. Joe took the time to explain every step along the way. This included me asking numerous questions and going over potential scenarios during the process. He was very patient and knowledgeable and I was able to close on a new construction condo pretty quickly . I want to state that from the outset I felt comfortable in dealing with Joe.Myself and girlfriend were in the process of purchasing a home. Joe was forthright,knowledgeable and accomodating as he guided us through the stressful process.There was transparency throughout. No stone was left unturned as he guided us step by step. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking to acquire funding towards the purchase of a home.
