We first met Dave (2014) via our Real Estate agent. He was the "go-to" contact for this. Let me tell you, we didn't need any other options. This was by far the easiest and quickest refinance I've ever done. Having been through two previous ones, being told i couldn't combine my loans, i had accepted the high rate I had had. But then a mutual Facebook friend recommended a friend if his when i had asked a question. Enter Eric. He was professional, personable and proficient. He was able to combine my loans, with a significantly lower rate then I had. We were originally pre-approved with another bank. The seller on our purchase was affiliated with Dave and wanted us to be pre-approved with Contour as well to ensure accepting our offer was the best choice. Dave and his team were super efficient and it felt personal, unlike the bank we originally set out to use .
