Bodwing made the process of transferring the house from my dad to myself seamless. He help us figure out the best solution with little out if the pocket cost. He was always available to answer any questions my family had either via a phone call or email. He worked around our busy schedule for the pre screening and closing. Finally, he gave us the best and worst case scenario in transferring so that we weren’t surprised once the final closing documents was obtained.
