Most Reliable AIR CO. I Today 8/1/25, once again I had my air conditioner tuned up and flushed by my preferred service technician, LEO. Leo is the most honest, respectable and nicest service technician I have experienced. This is why every 6 months, I call COOL AIR to schedule my maintenance and request Leo. I don't know what I would do if ever moved on. I hope they recognize Leo for the things I mentioned above and additionally for his professionalism. Thank you COOL AIR AND LEO for continuing to make my experience the best

Fantastic service. My air conditioning unit failed July 27th, 2025. Cool air USA came to my house that morning. Hours earlier than the appointed time. My 12-year-old unit needed replacing, I got a quote an estimate within the hour did the deal, and they installed today July 28th, 2025. The whole install and removal of my old system took right around 6 hours. I could not recommend them more

Outstanding service Came back from vacation to find my AC inoperable, called my usual vendor to discover they went out of business, began shopping for a new AC service. First to respond advised that all three units needed to be replaced, quoted an exorbitant sum. Began calling around for competitive quotes, found Cool Air Inc, they sent Anton Sokolov to assess situation.
