We can't say enough GOOD THINGS about the quality of work done.. Out technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and solved it with his obvious skills. We were so happy to have our AC running again! He also advised us what caused the problem and what we can do to minimize it happening again. The five-star reviews from us are greatly deserved! He was also friendly and polite in answering our questions. So glad to have our AC running again.

Quick and honest My compressor died on a hot day in July, called this company guided by their amazing reviews. They had a tech out the same afternoon. Issue was promptly diagnosed and repaired following day. They went the extra mile to get information on parts covered under warranty, which was so helpful. Will definitely use this company in the future. Very reasonable prices!

Fast, knowledgeable and helpful. Mike the technician was great despite having to get on the roof of the building in the middle of a very hot summer day. He diagnosed the problem quickly and got the hvac operational quickly. Cool Air is a professional operation with a very high “say - do” approach. I trust this group. Highly recommended.

Professional and efficient service My a/c broke down I think on the hottest day of the year and when I called they were able to come to my home less than 2 hours after I called. The technician was great and noticed the issue was with a part that was still under warranty. I appreciate that because I know my a/c is in need of changing and was expecting to hear that as the solution.
