Duct cleaning done professionally I have been a Cool Air USA customer for at least 10 years. Their work is always professionally done. This time around it was duct cleaning and cleaning the air handler. As usual, the work was done well and the technicians were very helpful in explaining all that was completed.
Great Experience Very experienced team, easy to work with. The sizing and selection of the units for the very specific requirements went very well. Highly recommend professional service.
Job was good but not as promised Well it was my Tenant the one that contacted you, and at the end yes the job recommended was done, but the UV light that you agreed to install turned out to be in addition to the Bill, which of course showed as an Estimate, not a Bill, therefore the Tenant was not totally happy, there was an additional charge for the UV Light as expected.
Excellent Service I am very pleased with Cool Air USA. I experienced professional service starting with the secretaries all the way to the manager. The ac technician was GREAT! We are very satisfied with the ac technician's work as he was responsible and knowledgeable. 6 month Air conditioning Service with Uri Uri does a very thorough and precise job and represents Cool Air very well. Thats why I have used Cool Air over the past several years and recommend this company to others in this community. We have a plan for continued service and when other items in the condenser unit will require repairs. Cost is also reasonable. Best company I have ever dealt with I had a super complicated issue that was going back and forth between my AC company and my Electrican. I ended up calling these people in for a second opinion . I will always use them. Their prices are more than fair. And when it wasn’t resolved by their first visit , they sent some one out to resolve the matter at no extra charge. I am more than satisfied with their service !
