Fast, accurate service I had noticed that my air filter was wet from condensation of the air conditioner. On Saturday at 2:30, I called cool air and wanted to know when they could come out. They said between 3:00 and 6:00, and for saturday, that was extraordinary! They arrived at 3:45 in the afternoon . After they took a look, They needed to come back on Monday, which was not their fault. They were here Monday at 9:00 a.m., fix the problem, and were on their way in a little over 90 minutes. Great comoany I called Cool Air on a Sunday about 4:45 PM. The lady said someone would be at my home between 5 and 8. The guy was here by 6. Great company and efficient. Recommend for sure

Very Impressed Wow. I cannot say enough about the service provided to me today by Cool Air USA. The Technicians are so well trained and very professional. They were all on time and let you know when they are close to the house. They came prepared and got the job done and tested to make sure the issue is fixed. They are the most affordable as well. Excellent Service I called this company the day after New Years and was surprised they were open, They scheduled a appointment for the next day but received a cancellation. so they were able to come out the same day.
