Uri is the best with Cool Air USA Uri has been servicing my air conditioning unit as required every 6 months and the service is excellent, timely and real. Cool Air also services my neighbor's air conditioning and has been able to keep it running, with timely service until the time comes for a replacement. Uri is my go to tech (not that the other techs are not good) but I know him from 3 years of service and he is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Excellent Service! AC had shut down. Called and 2 hours later a technician came and diagnosed a new pump was needed. The technician was excellent! He was friendly and hard working. He promptly completed the job and checked to make sure the AC was running well. Definitely recommend this company!

Yearly tune up Xavier H came and did an amazing job. He respected my home and made the service call nice and easy. He reviewed everything for me and ensured I knew what was happening. I would easily ask for him to be my tech next time I have any issues.
