Immediate Service, Correct Diagnosis, Same Day Service & Best Customer Service I called to request an appointment yesterday morning and service was scheduled for later that day in the afternoon. The technician quickly and accurately diagnosed the issues and repaired the system the same day working until almost 8pm. Other companies failed to diagnose the problem correctly: replace leaking Filter Drier, system is not cooling properly... It's running low on refrigerant.. refrigerant leak found in filter drier... Nice people to do business with This was my SECOND new system purchase from Cool Air, and I'm critical of most people I do business with. When you contact them, you will speak with knowledgeable people who can provide concise information, pricing & scheduling. They take care of securing any permits & inspections required. The installers worked neatly, cleanly & courteously. I am quite satisfied with Cool Air & highly recommend them.....

Personel at the company professional I needed my air conditioner checked out wasn't working.I had no particular company in mind.I look for rating, reviews, assess info received via phone call.Reviewed financing options and time it takes to get the job done.In the end the workman did a really nice job, tested the newly installed air conditioner and cleaned up area completely.

Would recommend I received cool Air USA as a recommendation from a friend and I’m glad. They provided great service for our new hvac install. They were fast and efficient.
