Knowledgeable technician Today Xavier took the time to educate me on proper care which I now see is also on the invoice. We have been doing our best to maintain the unit, but this fairly new unit seems to need more frequent care than our previous unit that lasted 14 years with just routine home and professional maintenance. They just don’t make them like they use to!

unit check up inspect a humming sound. OK Daniel the tech was prompt. Very friendly , knew just what to do to fix a minor issue with a humming sound. He tightened a few screws on the unit and we were good to go. He gave a good check up and I am all smiles. 5 stars. I feel very confident calling Cool Air USA. I bought my unit from them and they have been great. Thank you for the fast service too.
excellent follow up on AC problem The engineer from Truck Team 52 service who came to our condo dated 07/10/23 on job number 369147 was excellent , knowledgeable and he fixed the problem according to my tenant Niurka. Many thanks
Excellent tune up The serviceman was excellent--very professional and conscientious. Arrived on time and worked steadily--highly recommend him. Perhaps you can tell me why the $175.00 charge for blowing out the exhaust pipe was so high for a few minute's work. The $69.00 tune up became VERY HIGH.
