Billing difference Technician was great and pleasant. I was told when I made the appointment that there was a promotion currently and the charge was $89+ I was charged $125.
The a/c work was done but the a/c was still not putting out cool air. I always tell my friends how efficient you are.
Fast response fair treatment They came out very quickly on a Sunday and Memorial day weekend. Good pricing for diagnostic very fair assesment tried.

Excellent company with excellent employees. Kensy L was the air conditioner technician that came to my house regarding my AC unit. He took the time to find out what was going on with my air conditioner. When he found the problem, he took the time to explained what was happening. He answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. Kensy is a very nice man and is an asset to your company. Everyone of your employees that have service my air conditioner unit is an asset to your company.

Cool Air USA Came to my condo in Sunny Isles Beach on Friday evening only to find my AC unit not working. Called Cool Air USA Saturday morning at 8 AM and there was a technician at my door within the hour. Before entering unit he put on surgical shoe coverings and proceeded to inspect AC unit. After the brief inspection he explained to me why the AC unit was not working in terms that I understood and gave me a reasonable quote.
