Great Service My AC repair technician was on time and able to recognize the problem right away, very knowledgeable and was able to get the ac up and running in no time.

Technician was terrific; office personnel ... not so much The technician, Jose, was on time, efficient, forthcoming with what he was doing to the AC, and very respectful. He is an excellent representative for this company. When dealing with the office staff, a totally different experience. Was put on hold for over 10 minutes while 3 different people determined if I should get a receipt for the check that they already cashed! Great Service I want to thank Cool Air USA and their Techs for getting my A.C. working yesterday. Service Tech Alfrid arrived an hour and a half earlier than the designated appointment time. This was great do to rhe heat wave we are experiencing this week. Alfrid was very professional and friendly, answering all my questions and concerns.
