Excellent Service Technician Called CoolAir in the morning. They committed to a 1:00 PM appointment the same day. The Service Tech called 30 minutes ahead of time and arrived on time. He was very professional and took the time to explain what was causing the problem and how he was going to resolve the issue. A good experience.
Quick and easy Called for service at 8am and they had someone at my house by 5pm the same day. The technician was professional and finished the job quickly. This was my first time using this company; I will definitely be using them again. A+ service! Thank you!
Professional, trustworthy and accomodatin We bought the house a couple of months ago. Two days ago we had a leak and called for service. They responded immediately, then came the same day to inspect the unit only to find out that the unit was neglected for the past five years.. Despite issues Excellent Service From Quote, to contract payment, to answering any and all questions immediately I can highly recommend this company.
