The right company Recently my AC unit stopped cooling down. Immediately I called several companies and the solution they provided was to replaced the unit. On my list Cool Air USA was the last one but that didn’t mean anything. They arrived (David) around 11:00 am and realized what needed to be done so I could extend the life of the unit for more time. Outstanding Got quote right away staff was always in contact while I finalized monetary options when all of sudden my AC goes out. Called the office and without missing a beat we can have you ready with new system by tomorrow. Must also say Adam was very patient and understanding with a million calls from our side with questions what if we do this and other options he never became aggravated with us. Which led us to best option.
