Very satisfied Leo was very professional, polite, and patient. He explained in great detail how to set the controller in the unlikely event someone in the household changes the setting causing the A/C unit to default to the HEAT program. Leo represented Cool Air USA work ethics very well. My family was very satisfied with his work ethics and professionalism and will in the future request Leo’s service.

Thank you, Yuri! Yuri arrived on time and worked hard to replace the evaporator coils to my system. He was patient in explaining things to me when I had questions. It was a big job for one person, but he managed to do it efficiently and fast. 10 stars for Yuri!
