Excellent service performed promptly and effectively I called in a possible leak on a recently installed AC unit in my apartment. It was around 9.30 am. By around noon, the technician was investigating and concluded it was due to condensation on one of the pipes. He added insulation and double checked to ensure no other issues. All is now well. The technician, I should add, was very diligent and professional. Very happy with the service - which was performed under warranty without any hassles or quibbles.

CoolAirUSA I highly recommend using this trusted company for purchasing and installing A/C From start to finish everything was done by a professional. Very friendly and showed us every about our A/C. Explained how it works inside and out and things we need to do for maintenance to insure longevity for our unit. Basically change filter regularly I do it once a month.

He explained everything that was going on, he suggested things but did not push and if we turned something down he did not make us feel like we made the wrong decision. He was clear, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and competent. It was a pleasure to work with him. We will DEFINITELY ask for him again in the future.
