Nice install of A/C job This service company- Cool Air USA- caught my eye when I thought I saw it had a Brickell office (not sure) and has a Lauderhill (confirmed) office (location to dispatch from) near Sunrise, FLA. Cool Air has excellent Yelp reviews and has been responsive to me- daughter of a customer- in every instance. Our appointment was timely and everything flowed from there. Exceeded my expectations I am finally pleasantly surprised to have received excellent service in S. FL. It's seems harder and harder to find. I can HIGHLY recommend Cool Air. Everything was very professional and pleasant. Pricing was consistent with others however the work was performed on time and just as discussed. Extraordinary service I am so pleased with the service that Cool Air USA provided. The appointment was fast, and Kensy was prompt, professional and efficient. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes, and repaired it on the spot. I have been ripped off before, and as a senior person, i was a bit skeptical, not having been referred by anyone to call this company. Needless to say, as long as this company is in business, i will utilize no other for my air conditioning needs. Kudos to Kensy, my newest super hero!
