Very Hot Inside!! Called and it was fixed quickly! Very happy with the service I received from Cool Air USA. I woke up last night to a very hot condo which made me feel very sad (and hot). Called Cool Air USA and they sent someone out the same day and fixed my issue right then and there. The service fee went towards my repair which was also less than expected so overall I am very happy with their services and would recommend them to anyone I come across.

Knowledgeable technician Today Xavier took the time to educate me on proper care which I now see is also on the invoice. We have been doing our best to maintain the unit, but this fairly new unit seems to need more frequent care than our previous unit that lasted 14 years with just routine home and professional maintenance. They just don’t make them like they use to!
