full service on a/c unit with UV light installation On 2/16/24 Lior from Cool Air USA performed a full inspection of my a/c unit and indoor air handler which I request once a year. I asked him about my air ducts being cleaned. He offered to give me an estimated cost. He also explained how a UV light installed on the blower would be beneficial in the prevention of mold and dust forming in the unit and air ducts in the house. Excellent Service I have been using this company for several years. They have always been prompt, courteous and efficient in repairing my AC whenever it broke down. Recently they replaced my 12 yr old AC with a new one and did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Duct cleaning done professionally I have been a Cool Air USA customer for at least 10 years. Their work is always professionally done. This time around it was duct cleaning and cleaning the air handler. As usual, the work was done well and the technicians were very helpful in explaining all that was completed.

Job was good but not as promised Well it was my Tenant the one that contacted you, and at the end yes the job recommended was done, but the UV light that you agreed to install turned out to be in addition to the Bill, which of course showed as an Estimate, not a Bill, therefore the Tenant was not totally happy, there was an additional charge for the UV Light as expected.
