Aldo Riveron (service technician) did a great job in servicing our A/C unit from start to finish Aldo was prompt, gave us 45 minutes notice prior to his arrival, and was very thorough with all the repairs. He did a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation, took the time to make sure our A/C unit was properly pressurized while charging the system, and did a great job with the air handler blades cleaning. I highly recommend Cool Air for A/C service!
Excellent Service Technician Called CoolAir in the morning. They committed to a 1:00 PM appointment the same day. The Service Tech called 30 minutes ahead of time and arrived on time. He was very professional and took the time to explain what was causing the problem and how he was going to resolve the issue. A good experience.

Professional, trustworthy and accomodatin We bought the house a couple of months ago. Two days ago we had a leak and called for service. They responded immediately, then came the same day to inspect the unit only to find out that the unit was neglected for the past five years..
