Excellent customer service I had Cool Air install a new central air system in my home about eight months ago. It is functioning perfectly. Every time I had a question or concern, the personnel at Cool Air listened carefully and tried to resolve my issue. They sent techs to my home on several occasions, free of charge. Every visit was followed up by a phone call to see if I was satisfied. They are polite and patient, and have been a pleasure to deal with.
