Maintenance Service for my AC Unit The Service Technician, Xavier, was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. He has excellent Customer Service skills. He explained to me what he did and what I should do to keep my AC working properly. I will highly recommend him to friends and family!
Excellent Service! Installation team was top notch. We replaced three units in our house and they were clean and organized. Completed the full job in one day, very efficient. The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. Not unlike other companies who are scheming ways to get more money.
AC unit wouldn’t provide cooling and it didn’t take long for my AC to work ! Great Company! Thanks! Just used Cool Air USA. Jose was the tech that came out. Was told we needed to replace both upstairs & downstairs by 2 other companies....but turns out we only need a new coil replacement for one unit (which he told us was still under warranty) & fixed it for a very reasonable price, & told us not to replace the other unit & explained the issue with it.
