Issues with the system Cool Air USA installed in 2020 Called Cool Air on Nov 21 22 I spoke to Ervin a Manager to advise I was having some issues with my system that was installed by Cool Air. He has someone out the very next day to review the issues. Once the installer reviewed everything he advised it was my condenser the same day the condenser arrived but could not be installed b/c it rained. Run a tight ship Everyone from the girls that answered my calls to the friendly techs. They were at my apt in a hour and kindly returned on a Sunday to finish the job with the part that was needed. Oh and I never do reviews but Coolair earned it.
Very satisfied! Wow!! Where in South Florida do you call at 8 pm on a Saturday evening and have your AC repaired before noon the next day on a Sunday! Very impressed with the lady who scheduled our call. Got us a necessary Certificate of Insurance for our condo quickly. That can be an issue sometimes. Zeke did a great job, very professional!
Immediate Service Called for a cooling problem and was given an appointment the same day. Professional was knowledgeable and very polite. Needed new ac and whole experience was organized and all technicians were caring and helpful.
Should have called first Found the problem that another company, through a warranty company, misdiagnosed. Cool Air fixed the problem and it is now fine. Should have called you guys first and not the home warranty company. Thank you.
