Eddie was my tech today and he has been the best so far ! Eddie is by far the most thorough, professional and kind techs that Cool Air USA has sent to my home. I felt 100% confident in his ability to diagnose and resolve the current issue with my system. He sensed that I was nervous and upset and displayed kindness and assurance that he would solve the problem. I am very grateful.

Excellent experience with Coolair new a/c installation The techs who came in to install my new a/c were professional respectful & knowledgeable. Worked hard & neatly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I've been using Coolair since I moved to Florida 6 years ago & they were always timely & efficient! I highly recommend them from their customer service to their job well done

Very professional !!! Thanks to the A/C technician who was very respectful and cordial. He explained to me what happened and in 10 minutes my air conditioning was cooling the apartment.

Great Company Cool Air installed my air conditioner four of five years ago. They are reliable, dependable, efficient, and informative. I left a message to have my system checked. I gave them a range of times this week. The receptionist returned my call first thing Monday morning, and today, Tuesday, all is well. They are the best I have ever had. Thank you Cool Air USA...
