Knowledgeable technician Today Xavier took the time to educate me on proper care which I now see is also on the invoice. We have been doing our best to maintain the unit, but this fairly new unit seems to need more frequent care than our previous unit that lasted 14 years with just routine home and professional maintenance. They just don’t make them like they use to!

unit check up inspect a humming sound. OK Daniel the tech was prompt. Very friendly , knew just what to do to fix a minor issue with a humming sound.
