Issues with A/C unit Cool Air USA installed. Had some issues with the copper wiring when the unit was put in by Cool Air USA back on 08/19/2020. My coils was freezing, when the technician came he advise when the unit was put in the copper wiring was done wrong. Cool Air USA step in and took care of everything from there. Great job Cool Air USA
Truly Amazing! I cannot recommend Cool Air USA enough! I have had 2 units replaced in 2 different homes and each time has been an enjoyable experience. The technicians are awesome, courteous and enjoyed educating me on their process, and have done perfect installs. Price was the lowest quote I received and their customer support is amazingly quick and efficient. Any issues I had, no matter how minor, they took care of and addressed promptly.

Stellar service I can't say enough nice things about Cool Air. From the quotation process, to the scheduling process, to the installation process, everything was smooth and professional. They installed a complete new system consisting of an air handler and heat exchanger. My installation team of Steve and Manny were fantastic. I would highly recommend using them if you need HVAC help.

So glad my son recommended Cool Air to us! Cool Air was the second, and much lower, estimate we got for a new AC but their service was first rate. From the first call and quick response to get a no-frills quote (can’t recall the name of the guy who came but he was really nice with no phony "salesmanship" spiel), it was a good experience.
