We shall see the results The perdon who came, Mr Zeke, was pleasant, helpful, and very nice and he appeared to be knowledgeable too However, they need to be clear BEFORE coming what they will do Part of the maintenance is cleaning the tubes and the chsrges for the latter are very steep and separate. Thus they are extra moneys, not as advertised. Next time i ll ask when i make the appointment what it entails and how much it will cost.

I am very pleased with work from Cool Air USA and will recommend to everyone here in my building I had great pricing from manager Amanda it was a big help. They did a great job , and came back to adjust the cooling due to freeze on. The only thing he forgot was to take the water from the tray and clean the lint and some dirt inside the unit when he finished I had to do it . Other than that I have already told people in this building I highly recommend your service . Thank you!

Truly thr Best AC Company In the past my daughter had used them so I called them and was scheduled the same day to check my AC. The recommendation given wad to purchase a new unit considering mine was 13 yrs old. I agreed and next day my unit was installed. I am a Happy Camper! Everyone in this Company is friendly helpful knowledgeable. I highly recommend them they will never let you down..
