Cooper Climate Control installed a new HVAC system in my home last summer. After the work was done, I was happy to write an outstanding review (just like all the other reviews they get!). The other day my system stopped working and I had to contact them at 7:00 in the evening. By 8 p.m. Kendall was at my house and had the system up and running within the hour (just a lose wire!).
