Kendall from Cooper Climate diagnosed our broken heat pump, and did an *outstanding* job of diagnosing the problem, explaining what had gone wrong, and the option for fixing/replacing the unit. He was knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and professional.
The Cooper climate Control team was recommended to me by a friend at work after moving here from the east coast. Kendall and team are AWESOME and would highly recommend! About 2 weeks ago I came to this site and, selected 3 of their A+ AC Contractors. I got the estimates for my new 3.5 ton Heat Pump. Mr. Cooper was the only one that walked all over my house and, made great suggestions to make my system more efficient and, get my house cooler faster. Since this was a big investment, I appreciated very much Mr. Cooper's knowledge and ideas. We noticed a problem with our heat-pump on Thursday Jan. 18. A number of our neighbors had recommended Cooper Climate Control to us when we retired here 3-yrs. ago for yearly cleaning of the unit so we called them. They came out the next day and found that the indoor blower motor had seized up. Mr Kendall Ryan let us know what the cost was to repair it and that the unit was over 10-yrs. old and that he would provide quotes for a new unit if we wished. We asked for the quotes.
