Cooper Climate Control made the installation of my new package heat pump very easy. They did an excellent job and were very professional. They replaced the return grill with one that made filter change super easy. And the price was very competitive. I highly recommend Cooper Climate Control.

Kendall is absolutely a Rockstar at what he does. The most courteous and polite repair man I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He is thorough, never tries to sell me something I truly don't need. When there has been an issue, he will show pictures of the issue and explain it to ensure I understand. April in the office is so helpful and kind. I was referred to their company several years ago for service and I can't imagine ever using anyone else for my HVAC needs.
We have used Cooper Climate for at least 12 years and have never had a problem. We purchased a new unit in 2016 and get it seviced every 6 months. The techs are professional, on-time and courteous. I highly recommend Cooper Climate for your air conditioning needs.

We selected Cooper Climate control to install 2 new units. We choose Cooper out of the four quotes we received because they were the most professional and asked all the right questions on our needs. Our bedroom was always too hot so Kendall suggested putting in a hot air return vent in the bedroom to pull out the heat in addition to a home run vent which forces more air to get into the bedroom. I had a Fantastic experience with Kendall last weekend. I called Cooper Climate for a second opinion on my unit that was “broken” Kendall was extremely knowledgeable & gave me the facts right up front! I truly appreciated his honesty, I was almost completely ripped off by another company. A lot of these guys have a bad rep for ripping people off and I can honestly say Kendall is not one of them. It’s nice to know there is someone trustworthy out there still. Very pleased with my survice & will be back in the future!
