Needing to install a complete new A/C system we decided on Cooper Climate Control, the owner, Kendall R*** gave us a great analysis of our current system and what his company could do to fix the many issues we were facing. Kendall gave all the information we needed to make our decision. The other two companies reps were more interested in selling a much higher priced unit. Recently had a new ac/heat unit installed and maintenance done at our rental condo in Phoenix. Kendall was professional, responsive and informative regarding all aspects of our projects. He left us feeling very confident about the quality and efficiency of the equipment that he recommended and installed in our unit. His demeanor and pleasantry was also a plus.
