Third time I buy a car from this dealership. However this time I feel disappointed. The salesperson Jose never got back to me. He was nice enough before I purchased the vehicle but right after … ignored my calls and requests. I wanted to tell him my trunk cover was missing … I am still waiting. I wanted an estimate to get the windows tinted that too… I’m still waiting.

My 2024 Nissan Sentra and because my battery seemed like it wasn’t working right it was having problems starting my car so I made a 1230 appointment to come in. When I got there was my service advisor. I told him the car is not starting. It appears to be the battery the battery replaced only five months ago and then I also told him in the last couple days the screen it shows when you’re backing up has not been working right he told me it cost me $125 to diagnose that I don’t need that because I know it’s something simple. Horrible experience with sales management. They approved a client and after 25 days call them saying the “final” approval didn’t come through and they requested the car back!!! They only offered one condition to resolve the issue: add a $100 a month on the lease! Unprofessional, unethical and total disrespect with the customer. If they are not certain on the approval they at minimum MUST inform the customer about this possibility. Although I love my 2018 Nissan leaf, this dealership is really awful and when it comes to service is the worst. Always a long wait. Takes them hours to get back to you, overcharges you by over 50% more than the local garage is a charging and with a warranty claim with Nissan it takes them forever to get the job done. My experience was not very good the day I went, I went to the Dealer to make a maintenance service, I told him that the car had a light that was flashing on the dashboard and he told me that they had to see, then he sent me a message telling me that they had to check it and that it would cost $ 171.00, I approved them plus what they charge for the total maintenance service that I paid $ 467.96 and in the end they called me to tell me that I had to pay more money, I told them that I did not have that money and they told me to... read more

I paid 467. 96 for maintenance service on a leased car. It seems like an excessive amount. They told me I had to pay 170 dollars for a light that appeared on the car's screen and that in the end it was not repaired. They wanted to charge me more than 1100 dollars more or that I should resort to my insurance. In the end, I will also have to pay more money for something that I don't know how it appeared on the car.
