I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Coral Springs Nissan. After discussing a deal over the phone, via text, and email, I made it very clear that I wanted a 36-month lease, as I was coming out of a 24-month lease on a Tesla. Having leased Infiniti vehicles since 2004, I was accustomed to fair, transparent deals and had a great relationship with the Infiniti dealership. I love I love love Coral Springs Nissan. They are my favorite dealership, because they play better games than you could have found in Toys R Us back in the day. I asked for a quote on a vehicle/SUV in a SV trim. A sales person gave me a quote and said zero down, just your dmv fees. I called to confirm smth 20 minutes later and the price is different already, reason being and I quote: That price was for our sister store in St Augustine not Coral Springs. BEWARE! ! FRAUD ALERT!! DO NOT COME HERE!! The sales persons and managers at this location are VERY DECEITFUL. I was returning a lease (Kia) and getting another lease (Nissan) and THEY NEVER EVEN PAID THE TAXX!, among a bunch of other payments, that were supposed to be made FROM THE DEALERSHIPS END for the first lease that I returned. AFTER CONTACTING NISAAN CORPORATE—DIFFERENT CORPORATE REPS, THEMSELVES!!—HAD INFORMED ME OF THE DEALERSHIPS MISDOINGS BY WHAT THEY NEVER PAID AND STILL OWED... The service coordinator care didn't seem to care. She processed my car. When the oil change was done. She didn't explain anything very well. She did it while she was walking to the car. She was telling me, wasn't the same stuff that she wrote on the sheet. I was surprised I normally get good. Caring customer service there. I will never let this woman take care of me again.

Had horrible experience with Coral Springs Nissan. Had same experience as Bill's 10/08 review. Shook on deal with store manager. After 45 minutes while I was told "my car" was being detailed, I was told they would not honor deal we shook on. Where I come from, when you shake on something it's a done deal. Apparently not at Coral Springs Nissan!!!!
