Customer service after the sale sucks. Cannot reach sales person. Service person does not return calls. Will go elsewhere next time Big dealer means nothing when you cannot take care of the customer.

I had the worst service consultant last week would not recommend him to my enemy

Paid over 3k for a service agreement and was told it covers everything but basic wear and tear items and it does not. Don’t listen to what they tell you need to review what they are really offering. Very disappointed and after bringing them 5 cars worth of business in less than 2 months. I guess it’s sell sell and let the customer here what they want to here. This will never happen to me again I should have know better.

Received written offer signed and said I would make deal today..then manager said no we can't do that price...boldly lying to me..6 nissans vehicles. Plus family purchases..won't be back

The seller lied to my wife about some scratches on the driver's side rear door. A brand new Nissan pathfinder platinum. He said that the little scratches could be fixed easy during a short visit one hour of work. When me and my wife took the car to the dealership for the "quick " and "easy " fix last Saturday it turned out very different, now the whole door needs to be repainted...on a brand new car. Spent 7 hours over 2 days at the dealership. Was contacted and told that they agreed to a vehicle price and to come in to buy the car. While in the finance office, was told that they had made a mistake in coming to that price for the car. Instead of honoring the price they agreed to, they decided to cancel the deal of a thirty year customer.

Took me 2 days to reach a deal, music to loud, when I get into the car the tire light was on so the salesman took the car to the service and put some air on it, 2 days later I had to come back to the dealer, war between me and Service Manager, war between both Managers, end of story, a car brand new only 3 miles on it was with a nail on the tire.
