Very disappointed what I was promised than I have, I don’t think so I will recommends any body to buy a car in that dealer

I called the service dept for my 2021 Nissan Rogue and the gal that I spoke with was rude. I was upset because I had a dead battery and I panicked when she told me they don’t have any appts I said what I need to get this fixed today she then rudley said “ma’aaaam”. I told her I didn’t need her help and will just come in. Now Hector was awesome 👏 and so was Patrick. I’ve not had any issues with th staff until today. I had my car serviced on 2/28 and was very disappointed. We dropped off the car at 10 to do an oil change and a recall. around 11 was alerted with what items I needed to have done and approved brake pads and air filter. I had already left the property to walk across the street. When I returned around 1:45 my car was sitting outside and my adviser was in lunch. This is the worst place to take ur vehicle and is the last time I will ever use them for any business.... had a 11am appointment arrives at 10.55 they took 15 mins to get the key with a promise 2 hrs for the oil change which when the 2 hrs meet then Santiago telling me that they r a little behind...so for a simple oil change they took 3¹/² hrs...

Don't go to this Coral Springs Nissan to get your car fixed unless you want to pay for unnecessary service!!! I had a check engine light 0720 code speed sensor issue. They said I need a full transmission replacement at a cost of $9,500 parts & labor. Had to pay the $150 just for them to tell me the problem. I google the problem and found out it was a common issue requiring just a valve body replacement. Took it to "An Honest Auto Repair Inc" in Margate. I didn't tell them the issue, but they immediately knew the problem and ... read more

On my 2023 Nisson 7,000 miles they said I needed an alignment and tires. Outrageous. Gave my car back not washed and my keys in attached to my chain
