I recently went to Coral Springs Nissan to look at a 2024 Rogue SL with the premium package. After spending hours dealing with their sales process and different employees, I ended up with a good lease price. They agreed to make the last payment on my returning 2021 Murano. I had This dealership and ended up spending over eight hours there. I started off with one sales person, and because the past customer of theirs came in, he left me to help them, and I was given another sales person. Very unprofessional. I sat around for hours waiting to see your car. They didn’t have the exterior color I wanted or the interior color I wanted and I ended up with a car, that was neither color that I sat there all day and the only thing available. I leased a Altima 2024. I was very upset the salesman never told me about the 5000 miles a year. I went to the Financial part of the deal, almost at the end of my signing I asked if I had 10,000 0r 12,000 miles at that point I was told 5,000 miles. I really thought about walking out. But I don’t drive that much but I never heard of anyone getting 5,000 miles a year. I am 76 years old and felt I was taken advantage of. This dealership is very dishonest they say one thing today and by tomorrow they change their story. they make decisions without your consent they think they are above the law. Be careful read the fine print and ask questions to things you don't understand do your research if it doesn't sound/look right don't trust it don't be afraid to ask for the manager or owner.

Worst experience ever. All of the salesmen were xxxxxxxx, they lie about their offers, they are extremely unprofessional, and I’m surprised they sleep at night knowing how immoral and unethical they are. But then again, that’s why they are selling Nissan’s and not Porsche’s.

I had an 11:00 oil change appointment. I waited 2-1/2 hours for my car to be ready. That’s a ridiculous amount of time wasted for something that should’ve taken a half hour at most. I will never go back there again.

Very disagree and disappoint the car they sold us was unproperly working. The AC is not working at all and we have to spend more money to fix it out

I was very upset. I spent a lot of money and my car was not properly fixed So I went to pompano Nissan and they told me I had to go back to university store because they did not fix it right. That’s a pain in the neck drone place to another.

They've made several mistakes and they still haven't corrected them. They do not return phone calls or care about customer loyalty. This is regarding upper management and finance departments, customer service, Not sales person.
