Good experience. Bruce was really knowledgeable and helpful. Whenever we had questions, he was there during our weekly meetings or would promptly respond to emails. I do wish we were given more help determining the environmental compliance requirements. I had a hard time getting into contact with the right people.

Emily, performed our internal audit. She was very well prepared and thorough. She has clear knowledge of what is required for achieving certification and what the auditors are looking for. With her guidance, we were totally prepared for our audit and managed to obtain our certification.
Obtaining ISO certification can be very complicated and difficult. Core Business solutions made the process attainable for us. Our consultant, Kaitlin, was exceptionally knowledgeable of the requirements and guided us every step of the way. With her help, we were able to achieve our goal within the scheduled time frame. It was a pleasure working with her and all the Core Business Solutions staff.
Overall the results were successful. I believe that there were a few bumps in the road due to a lack of understanding of what we would be asked vice what we should have ready in case of being asked.
