Everything went perfectly! Kaitlin was awesome to work with, always available, and explained everything. Kaitlin was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. She made us feel confident throughout the project, and supported us in getting a positive outcome on our first ISO certification.
Tracey was well informed, well spoken, and could give a lot of real world application to what are sometimes obscure standards for our business. She was very thorough and kept on schedule. Time was well spent, I learned a lot.
The process was seamless. We had enough advanced notice to ensure team scheduling was considered. When necessary breaks outside of the planned windows were needed, they were accommodated. Tracey was extremely helpful with identifying areas where the new standard would affect our current system and offered ways to satisfy the requirement.
