It was great! I truly enjoyed the experience because Norm and Josh prepared me for the audit! Their advice helped our company and, I also feel good about the upcoming ISO9000 registration. The Core Database System also offers several ISO document management options that enhances the audit experience.

Josh Moore was very thorough, kind, patient, and helpful. He was honest about the things he didn't really know on a technical level in regards to some of the core platform issues we ran into and gave suggestions on how to reach out for help.
