Pat Gagner was/is a huge help during our audits and the consulting he provides when we were first establishing our ISO 27001 system and when we were transitioning from the 2013 standard to the 2022 standard. Even when we have random questions about the standard, he always responds in a timely matter. His response times and the level of information he provided was perfect for us to be able to keep our certification.
