Tracey was extremely organized, which is crucial when auditing to ISO 27001. She was also well-prepared, having reviewed documents in advance. As a result, she kept the audit moving. She was well-versed in ISO 27001 and was able to explain it to us and determine what applied to us and our business model. She was straight forward and no-nonsense.
Kate was prepared; she reviewed documents prior to the audit, including prior internal audit reports. She understood us and our business and also what part of the standard applied to us and how. She was able to connect our different processed and understand the overlap. She knew the standard well and checked when necessary.
