Didn’t wait long to be taken back or see the provider. Dr. Thomas was very kind towards my child and listened to not only my son but me as well. He explained the treatment plan and ensured all my questions were answered. I did not feel rushed at all.

Receptionist was brusque but the rest of the staff was outstanding! The MA and nurses were polite and Dr Thomas was informative and efficient. I was taken into an exam room at my appointment time but did wait an hour in the room before seeing the doctor. To be expected. All in all a good experience. Thank you.

Great experience just today. Intake nurse (whose name I don’t get) was calming and friendly. Jasmine, a student nurse practitioner, was very knowledgeable. James (Wood) was confident and clear in his explanation. Was treated quickly and with care. 10 stars!
