Clean and friendly. Process explained very clearly. I had a much longer wait than expected therefore my perspective as a patient would be for Beaumont tell anyone scheduling a Covid test that staffing may affect wait times. When you allow for appointments every 10 minutes you set the expectation of getting service within a small window of time- I waited 50 minutes.
Overall fine experience but took forever to be seen.
I have had bad experiences in the past at Urgent Care facilities with cocky employees with horrid people skills and giant egos that should not be working with the human population so I was hesitant to go. Sure glad I did as this experience may have turned it around for me, or at least given me hope. The NP that I dealt with was kind, compassionate and knowledgeable and I did feel that they considered my input and we’re not threatened by it but used it to aid in their discussion making and care plan.
