The pa was very thorough but the process very slow because they said they were short staffed. We went in the morning because when we called they said no ones was in the waiting room. When we arrived 15 minutes later it was full. So they said come back at 1:30. We did then waited one hour before we were taken in. We did not leave until 4:30
The wait time was very bad - literal hours! The care was great! All medical team were amazing and caring, and very apologetic about wait time.
Wish you had more testing options, including pH paper and options for sending out a urinalysis and not a 10 dip in office.
Staff was excellent, service provided was good but wait time was entirely too long.
Nurse or maybe PA who took my information was very empathic and open to listening which I value as a chronic illness patient

I love this location and the staff. They are all friendly, courteous and helpful. They explain the process throughly and give you options just in case what ever brought you there turns out positive. They are there to help always!!!!!!!
