Very quick visit for a sprained wrist to make sure it wasn’t fractured. Great experience - only small issue was the temp in the lobby. The ducts were pushing out cold air - it was very cold. The receptionist was trying to fix it but there may be an issue with temp that was out of her control.

The staff at the Corewell Urgent Care was extremely helpful, kind, and really understood what was going on with me. The nurse and the doctor was very considerate also. They explained everything to me about the issue I had and why it may have happened. Everyone was so nice and polite. The receptionist at the front desk was helpful with a smile, as well as the other nurse in the back who helped me as well
