Informative and got me in and out
Front desk could use some training on customer service. She complained about my handwriting, which is fine, then sent a text message to the wrong number and never confirmed that she sent the text while I was the only one waiting in the room sitting in front of her listening to her favorite ice cream flavors discussion with her friend. I was waiting for 10-15 mins until I checked with her again.
