Arrived around 5pm with a sick kiddo. Just had to wait for a few minutes while I completed the intake information. Cool iPad games for the kids in the waiting room. Clinical and clerical staff were all wonderful.

Doctor was really great, personable with nice bedside manner. My problem is with billing. After a rather involved check in process in which I provided all of my insurance information I received a bill yesterday. It had never been billed to insurance. Now I have to provide the info again. I do this at Henry Ford, inputting insurance so billing is accurate, it’s not hard to do!
The form was confusing but the staff members at the reception desk were magnificent.
