The receptionist was very helpful and friendly, the nurse was quick to get into the room, and the dr made me feel relaxed and not uptight.

Staff was kind. Wait was long. Time-slot was from 6:20-6:30 but we were seen until almost 7. Medical personnel didn’t check throat nor lungs which doesn’t make sense as we were there due to cough, running nose and general discomfort
The service/care was very accommodating to my specific need. Very timely. Staff was polite and efficient!

I arrived with a low pulse and dizziness. I was seen immediately and had an EKG. Was instructed to go to the emergency room. I went to the Farmington Beaumont hospital and treatment started as soon as I arrived.
