Doctor was really great, personable with nice bedside manner. My problem is with billing. After a rather involved check in process in which I provided all of my insurance information I received a bill yesterday. It had never been billed to insurance. Now I have to provide the info again. I do this at Henry Ford, inputting insurance so billing is accurate, it’s not hard to do!
The form was confusing but the staff members at the reception desk were magnificent.

The time to get into an exam room was exactly as predicted. The doctor was pleasant, efficient, and took care of my issue quickly. I was happy with the service and I will use it again if needed. My primary care doctor called me this morning as he was notified of my visit and was checking to see how I was, so the staff got that information to him in a very timely manner.

I know things are related to short staff.but service providers left for 1/2 hour at my scheduled time. But once returned they took 3 of us to rooms and my wait was short. Total time hour and a half. Results recieved in less that an hour. Staff as kind and courteous. Will visit again of needed
