Was able to schedule an appointment online and was able to set appointment for 15 minutes out, so it was fast. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I felt attended to, time was managers well, they listened to me and explained things well. Highly recommend.

The nurse who came in the room was extremely unprofessional. She didn't introduce herself and when I told her why I came in she proceeded to lecture me on how I should have contacted my surgeon instead of coming in to U.C. It was a Sunday and I don't live near the hospital. That being said the P.A. that came in after was great! She was kind and considerate, treated the issue and was what I expected from a Beaumont health care professional.
