Setting up same day appointment was easy and the Medical Assistant was great. Was scheduled for 5:35 and was taken care of earlier by both Medical Assistant and Physicians Assistant .

The urgent care team at Grandriver & Novi Road is the best urgent care team I have ever experienced. They are patient, knowledgeable, caring and very professional. I was there close to closing, they took my appointment and didn’t make me feel as if I was a burden. They took great care of me!

This my first time. My experience from the front desk, the young lady that took my blood pressure and the doctor was great . I felt so so comfortable.

Quick and easy visit to the clinic I was able to scheduled and check in in advance, so when I arrived, reception had all my info. I was quickly taken to an exam room, where the NP joined and diagnosed my issue. She answered all my questions and I was on my way within 30mins. Very happy with the visit. Thanks. Sorry, I don’t recall the name of the NP, she introduced herself, but I forgot.

One thing that has been missing from medicine for decades now has been compassionate, genuine care for patients. These days it’s a drive thru service. But NOT here! This is medicine!
