The place was completely empty, I had been there before so they had me on file so that part of those quick also, I was called back and this cute little black nurse took my blood pressure my temperature and went over my vitals, looked over my medications and took care of me very quickly

Setting up same day appointment was easy and the Medical Assistant was great. Was scheduled for 5:35 and was taken care of earlier by both Medical Assistant and Physicians Assistant .

The urgent care team at Grandriver & Novi Road is the best urgent care team I have ever experienced. They are patient, knowledgeable, caring and very professional. I was there close to closing, they took my appointment and didn’t make me feel as if I was a burden. They took great care of me!
